BugScreen prices three things: how many apps you instrument, how many reports they send each month, and how many destinations you route bugs to. Everything else is included.

FAQ

Common questions.

How do you count bug reports?
Each report submitted from one of your SDKs that successfully reaches your issue tracker counts as one. Retries of the same report due to a transient network failure do not count twice.
What happens if we exceed our monthly report limit?
Once you hit your monthly limit, additional reports return an error from the SDK and aren’t forwarded to your issue tracker. Upgrade your plan to lift the cap.
Do you store our bug reports?
No. Reports forward straight to your issue tracker (GitHub, Jira, Slack, etc.) at ingestion. Screenshots live in our S3 only as long as needed to attach to your ticket. Your data lives in your tools, not ours.
What’s the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is sized for a single product team routing bugs to one or two destinations. Team is for orgs running QA across multiple products — more apps, more integrations, and all integration types unlocked.
Can we change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated against the current billing period.
