How integrations work

An integration links an app to one destination in an issue tracker. Every report from that app becomes an issue or task there.

How it works

  • Configured per app, in the app's Integrations section.
  • Reports fan out. Each report creates an issue or task in every connected integration — no primary tracker, no routing, nothing to set in the SDK.
  • Connect more than one. Mix providers, or connect several of the same kind (e.g. two repos). Each is independent and gets its own issue or task.
  • One destination URL per integration is returned per report.
  • Test before relying on it. Each integration's Test action creates a real sample issue or task and reports success — delete it afterwards.

Plan limits

  • The integration cap is per app, counted independently — not pooled across your account.
  • Free includes one per app; paid plans raise it; Team is unlimited. Every connection counts, regardless of type. See pricing for exact numbers.
  • Over the cap → connect returns plan_limit.integrations. Reports also have a separate monthly limit per plan.

Providers

Per-provider setup, field mapping, and troubleshooting:

Adding or removing an integration takes effect on the next report — no app redeploy.
