About BugScreen

BugScreen is an in-app bug-reporting SDK for iOS, Android, and React Native. When a tester takes a screenshot, BugScreen opens so they can file the issue — with logs and device context — straight into Jira, GitHub, or ClickUp.

Why we built it

Mobile QA loops break at the handoff: a tester spots something, and the details — what device, which OS, which build, what the logs said — leak away between the screenshot and the ticket. BugScreen closes that gap. A tester takes a screenshot, BugScreen opens so they can describe the issue, and it files a well-formed report — with logs and device context attached — straight into the tracker your engineers already use. No shake gesture, no second tool to triage in: it is deliberately narrow, and does that one job well.

Who is behind it

BugScreen was founded by Edward Harker and is built and operated by Little Bird Solutions. It ships as native SDKs for iOS and Android and a React Native wrapper, backed by a small, focused platform. Because BugScreen handles screenshots and device data on your behalf, how that data is collected and protected is spelled out in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
